Lo-Fi Wines is an importer and distributor of organic, sustainable, and minimal-intervention wines from Australia and beyond. We work with producers who value authenticity, craft, and connection to place and we’re passionate about sharing those stories with the venues and retailers who bring them to life. We’re looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our Victorian team. This role is ideal for an experienced and motivated wine sales professional who thrives on building genuine relationships and driving meaningful growth. About the Role You’ll represent Lo-Fi Wines’ portfolio of premium, organically farmed, and thoughtfully made wines across Melbourne and some regional areas of Victoria. You’ll manage and grow a strong base of key accounts across both on‑premise and independent retail channels, while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our reach. You’ll lead by example combining professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge while staying true to Lo-Fi’s values of sustainability, integrity, and authenticity. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key trade accounts across Melbourne and VIC. Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue and distribution targets. Represent Lo-Fi Wines with professionalism and authenticity in all customer interactions. Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to provide exceptional support and service. Collaborate with our close‑knit team to ensure sales initiatives reflect our brand’s values and long‑term vision. Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in wine industry sales, ideally across both on‑premise and independent retail. Strong, established relationships within the local wine and hospitality community. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and growth targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working both autonomously and within a collaborative, values‑driven team.
