Your new role : As a Senior Social Worker in Clinical Education, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and enhance patient outcomes by : Delivering comprehensive social work assessments, interventions, and evaluations within an interprofessional team. Providing clinical education, supervision, and mentorship to students, graduates, and early-career clinicians. Developing and delivering innovative, evidence-based education programs and workshops. Supporting service quality and clinical improvement initiatives across the department. Applying advanced clinical reasoning, decision-making and independent practice to complex cases. Contributing to policy, procedure, and protocol development aligned with best practice. About you : You're a dedicated social work professional passionate about clinical excellence and education, thriving in a fast-paced environment with : A tertiary qualification in Social Work and eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level clinical services within a healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting students and less experienced practitioners. Proven ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate educational or service improvement initiatives. Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills within a complex clinical environment.
