Company: Resources Group Advertisers Ref: GL MrWeb Ref: Key Responsibilities Build close client relationships Explore and diagnose business problems Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour Applying behavioural methodologies - nudging, social forms, framing, heuristics, RCTs, rational choice, scarcity, etc Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomesTest and evaluate ideas Design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions An expert storyteller who can inspire clients to action Engage clients through workshops and training. What We’re Looking For Postgraduate qualifications in psychology, behavioural economics, behavioural science, or a related discipline Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity A commercial mindset and a love of turning insight into action You pride yourself on your critical thinking You want to work more flexibly You are passionate about behavioural science.
