Consultant / Senior Consultant – Behavioural Science and Quantitative Research Location: Melbourne, Australia Salary: AUD 70,000–95,000 + super + benefits Posted: 2 July 2025 We are looking for a special researcher to join a fast‑growing independent research and behavioural science agency. As a boutique team of 10+ you’ll have the opportunity to fast‑track your career, learn from senior leadership and deepen your quantitative and qualitative methodological toolkit. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant you will lead ad‑hoc and tracking quantitative projects end‑to‑end, focusing on questionnaire design, data analysis, insight generation, strategic storytelling, reporting and presenting to clients. You’ll build strong client relationships, understand business drivers, and bring energy and creativity to solving challenges. Expect a variety of projects – Brand Strategy, Concept Testing, Communications, Behavioural Change, New Product Development, Brand Health, Innovation, Customer Retention, CVP, co‑creation, journey mapping, CX, segmentation and UX.
