The Role As a Quantitative Research Consultant, you'll work on a wide range of strategic projects – from brand health and segmentation to innovation, CX, comms testing and more. You'll partner with senior mentors, dive into data, design surveys, and present clear, actionable insights to major commercial clients. Designing impactful questionnaires Managing fieldwork and supplier relationships Analyzing data with Excel, Q, or SPSS Translating numbers into stories and recommendations Report writing As you develop and grow, you'll further your skills in : Partnering with clients to understand their challenges Supporting proposals and pitch development Client management Insight presenting and strategic storytelling Sharing ideas and helping drive innovation Learning through training, mentoring, and hands‑on experience What We're Looking For 1+ year's market research agency experience in a quant capacity Strategic thinking with an eye for detail Problem‑solvers who love asking 'why?' and 'what next?'
