Nominated Supervisor for Early Learning Centre We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nominated Supervisor to lead our Early Learning Centre in St Marys . As a senior role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, implementation and oversight of safe, engaging and supportive environments for both children and staff. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high‑quality standards. Educational Program Development: Develop and implement an innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum. Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities. Parent and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement. Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values. About the Role & Benefits Full‑time position. Experience as a Nominated Supervisor. Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework. Professional child care experience. First Aid accreditation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
