Child Care Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor Little Endeavours is looking for our next star We are an amazing team of educators looking for a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor (ECT preferred) to join our team. Our state of the art centre is a 50 place, family owned long day care that prides itself on its excellent relationships with families and staff. We are looking for a committed, passionate and enthusiastic leader to join our team. Benefits Generous Remuneration Training and professional development Great working environment Bonus and incentives Responsibilities Oversee the overall operations of the centre and ensure compliance with childcare regulations at all times Maintaining the high quality of the service in line with the NQF and EYLF Lead a team of amazing educators Administrative duties including but not limited to emails, accounts and enrolments Maintaining family relationships. Requirements Extensive experience in a Director role, minimum 2+ years experience Or 2IC that is looking to step up. Must have excellent communication, verbal and written skills. Hold a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, or diploma in childcare Hold current WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates Have excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQS Experience with OWNA (preferred) Must be authorized to work in Australia Application Questions Do you have professional child care experience? How many years' experience do you have as a Nominated Supervisor? Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of the early years learning framework? Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check? How many years of people management experience do you have? Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
