Maintenance Manager

Overview Rostrevor Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our mining site equipment and assets across Australia. What you\'ll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies and plans to maximise the uptime and performance of our mining equipment Managing a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating their work to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks Monitoring maintenance budgets and costs, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Analysing maintenance data and providing detailed reports to senior management Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Collaborating with the operations team to optimise equipment performance and minimise disruptions Identifying and implementing new maintenance technologies and techniques to enhance efficiency What we\'re looking for Relevant tertiary qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role within the mining industry Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment and maintenance best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills About us Rostrevor Group is a leading provider of mining and resources services in Australia.
