The flexibility and the ability to make extra money for putting in the extra effort are great” – Laurin, Speechie About the role As a Speech Pathologist at our Canberra location, you will work from home 3 days per week whilst travelling in the community servicing a mixed caseload with Early Childhood Assessment (ECA). NDIS experience desirable. Fantastic large MDT team. You’ll experience a varied caseload that includes adult and paediatric clients with mental health, complex trauma or intergenerational trauma, psychosocial, younger ASD/ID participants, behaviours of concern, and adult physical/neuro presentations. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy skills. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients’ homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach. Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients. Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work. About You We’re after Speechies who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren’t afraid to speak up about it. Qualifications & Requirements SPA Registration A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
