Location PPG Rooty Hill, New South Wales, Australia We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Residential team . The successful candidate will look after customers in Sydney and the Northern Beaches and work with one of Australia’s most iconic paint brands, Taubmans. You will improve the profitability of your territory by developing and fostering new and existing partnerships, and drive the growth of key customers and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across the territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain CRM and a regular call plan Lead, maintain, and grow a portfolio of key trade accounts Collaborate with trade applicators, stores and residential builders Achieve sales, growth, and profit targets Deliver high‑level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention Work both autonomously and collaboratively with the team Requirements Previous Account Management experience, or relevant experience in a paint trade Willingness to attend events outside of standard work hours as required Excellent communication skills, able to establish trust and make people feel comfortable with an easy‑going approach Proven record in building new relationships or accounts and growing existing business Current driver’s licence and Australian work rights What We Offer Tools of trade including vehicle, laptop, and phone Opportunities for development and long‑term career progression Access to corporate discounts, including WhereFit, providing wellness benefits for employees PPG Recognition programmes Generous discounts on PPG products through our company‑owned store network About Us Here at PPG, we make it happen and seek candidates of the highest integrity who share our values and commitment to striving for better every day.
