Astheorganisationscales,theteamwillgrowtoaround15,withthreeadditionalteamssittingunderneaththisrole.You’llworkcloselywithproductandarchitecturetodriveengineeringmaturityandensurestabilityandreliabilityacrosshigh-demandwebsitesandmobileapps. What you’ll focus on: Uplifting engineering principles and establishing consistent software engineering standards Enhancing performance, reliability, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile and SAFe practices Partnering with product owners across complex delivery environments Contributing to future platform and architecture evolution What we’re looking for: Experience operating at meaningful scale with high‑traffic, high‑availability digital platforms Background in mobile or web engineering leadership Strong track record building engineering culture and guiding senior technical leaders Interview process (three conversations, no technical test): Second round with another director Final conversation with HR Apply today or reach out for a confidential chat. #J-18808-Ljbffr
