Your Impact As a Senior Product Manager & Chapter Lead, you’ll play a dual role: Product Leadership: Shape and deliver products that solve real customer problems. Use insights and experimentation to create experiences that make banking simpler, faster, and more rewarding for businesses. Chapter Leadership: Coach and develop a high-performing chapter of Product Managers. Foster craft excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for initiatives that matter to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional squads to design solutions that address customer pain points and deliver measurable outcomes. Apply our CBA product principles: Customer obsession – deeply understand customer needs and behaviours Rapid experimentation – validate ideas quickly through data and prototypes Outcome-driven roadmaps – prioritise impact over output Scalable thinking – design for growth and adaptability Champion modern product practices, including discovery, design thinking, and AI-enabled tools. Build capability within your chapter through mentoring, coaching, and skills-led career conversations.
