Join Duratec in this exciting opportunity for an ambitious Project Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operations on our multiple Defence projects around the Sydney area. With so much work in the pipeline, this is an ongoing career role offering support and encouragement to advancement towards a Project Manager role in the future. KEY REQUIREMENTS Must have prior Project Engineering / Project Coordinator experience Based out of the Newington Sydney office Potential to progress into future Project Manager RESPONSIBILITIES Compiling and creating QA / QC documentation Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors Quantity take-offs Project procurement Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements ABOUT YOU 1-2 years post grad experience in similar role within the building and construction industry Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Civil Engineering or similar discipline The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships An understanding of the bigger picture and ability to self-manage own workload while working well in a team Proven problem-solving ability Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines Ability to obtain a Defence (DCAC) pass THE BENEFITS Supported career progression Opportunity to thrive, develop and grow in a supportive environment Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Company paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Weekly pay cycle Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options Discounted health and wellbeing services First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers available Please submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
