Job DescriptionThe Senior Property Manager is a leadership position responsible for ensuring high class property management of a specified Retail portfolio and support for direct reports. Main responsibilities include team management, FM escalations, Landlord dispute management; leases set up, rent roll management and provide world class service to all stakeholders.The successful candidate will provide high quality property management service for allocated portfolio (NSW, QLD, ACT) including oversight of direct reports and other functional support teams.About the role:Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management businessProvide overall property management leadership through the development and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow and property management strategyProvide direction and leadership to Property Management staff, promoting reasonable career paths associated with property management professionalsTrack budget variances and ensure smooth recovery processSupport prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements to overheadMaintain interface with third-party owners, ensuring total contract compliance, and accurate and timely reportingResolve tenant relations issues to ensure their satisfactionPerform regular property inspections with staff
