Join to apply for the Business Analyst role at Exclaim IT We’re seeking a skilled Infrastructure Business Analyst to support complex IT and OT initiatives. This is a hands‑on role focused on requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis, ensuring infrastructure projects are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives. The initial contract is for 6 months, with potential extension. About the Role In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document both functional and non‑functional requirements for IT and OT infrastructure projects. You will ensure requirements are clearly captured, traceable, and aligned with project goals. You will also support large‑scale infrastructure initiatives, including network upgrades, system integrations, cloud deployments, and end‑user computing solutions. Your ability to maintain traceability, manage artefacts, and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders will be key to the success of each project. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non‑functional requirements for IT/OT infrastructure projects Maintain requirements traceability across epics, user stories, UAT test cases, defects, and change requests Support delivery of large‑scale IT infrastructure projects, including networks, servers, storage, cloud, security, and end‑user computing Produce clear documentation, process flows, and technical artefacts for project teams and stakeholders Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to capture and validate requirements About You You are an analytical and detail‑oriented Infrastructure Business Analyst with experience in large‑scale IT/OT projects. You thrive translating complex technical initiatives into clear, actionable requirements and enjoy ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery. Key Skills & Experience Experience eliciting and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements for infrastructure initiatives Proven experience supporting large‑scale IT/OT infrastructure projects (networking, servers, storage, cloud, security, end‑user computing) Strong knowledge of requirements traceability, including linking business objectives to epics, user stories, test cases, defects, and change requests Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to produce clear, concise artefacts, diagrams, and documentation Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Technology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr
