And right now, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of delivery and lift the standard across the systems we run. Why this role, why now? We’re bringing on another PM to pick up two systems immediately, with additional systems coming online in the near year, which means a new system, team and everything that comes with it. This role is ideal for someone who: Has delivered projects on the contractor / services side (not purely client-side) Wants real accountability, handover out of BD through to close-out Can lead problem-solving teams in fast-paced environments (without drama) Is confident in the field and earned credibility with crews and supervisors Values long-term impact over short-term noise, you build cadence, systems, and performance. The role – what you’ll be doing You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery execution across up to 3 systems, with the operations team reporting into you for direction and alignment. Day to day, you’ll: Strategically lead project delivery end-to-end with clear visibility across safety, cost, schedule and quality. Set projects up to win through strong planning, resourcing, risk management and practical change control. Build trusted client partnerships with proactive updates, collaborative problem-solving and early issue resolution. Lift performance and execution by tightening work management, improving productivity, and sharing lessons learned. Coach and back your people - align and mentor supervisors and project teams, removing blockers so they can do their best work. Close projects properly - clean handovers, documentation, learnings captured, and commercial tidy-up completed. Stay close to the field - you’re not a desk-only PM: Perth-based with regular travel to site when it matters. You won’t be micromanaged. You will be trusted to run your systems, make calls, and own outcomes, with solid support behind you. What you bring You’ll lead with high standards and low ego, calm, clear, and supportive in the way you run projects and teams.
