What we look for Hold a qualification (certificate III) in aged care. Students are welcome to apply if you have completed placement in aged care. To work in residential aged care, you will need to complete pre-employment screening including background checks, NDIS screening, flu vaccinations, proof of qualifications and hold valid working rights.
