Overview Conduct range reviews, implement category plans and new product launches, stakeholder engagement, inventory management & more. Support multi brands (Repco & NAPA). Flexible hybrid working arrangements Rowville/Brisbane location with free onsite parking Values-based, global organisation The Role And You Playing an integral part in the management of the category, this fast‑paced role reports directly to a Merchandise Manager and ensures that category plans are rolled out to schedule. You will support in the growth and profitability of the category. You’ll know you’re the right person for the role if you have a resilient, tenacious personality, you thrive in a fast‑paced role, and you love the challenge of meeting deadlines. Able to work with set objectives and set information, and yet be confident in your problem‑solving skills, asking questions along the way. This role is within the Accessories, Adventure & Events category, which has a diverse and exciting product range including 4x4 & adventure, car accessories, and gifting. It is a fast‑paced category, with a heavy focus on new product development.
