Entry-Level Clinician (In-House) – Campbelltown NSW Entry-Level Clinician – Casual Location: Campbelltown NSW Quovus is looking for an enthusiastic entry-level clinician to join our in-house team supporting children and young people with complex needs. This role is ideal for someone early in their clinical career who wants hands‑on experience, strong supervision, and room to grow. You’ll work directly with children with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs, helping deliver individual and group‑based therapeutic supports. You’ll also collaborate closely with support staff and the wider clinical team to make sure children receive the best possible care. What you’ll be doing Supporting clinical assessment, program design and implementation under supervision Contributing to Behaviour Support Plans Providing direct therapeutic and activity‑based support to children Working with support staff to ensure care plans are followed Keeping accurate notes, logs, incident reports and other documentation Participating in supervision, team meetings and training Maintaining client files and contributing to administrative tasks What you’ll bring A genuine interest in working with children and supporting complex needs A collaborative approach and willingness to take guidance Good organisation and attention to detail A positive attitude and readiness to learn Qualifications A qualification (or currently studying) in Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, Behaviour Support or a related field Experience or placement in disability or child‑focused settings is desirable Understanding of trauma‑informed care or positive behaviour support is an advantage Current or willingness to obtain a Police Check, WWCC and other required clearances Why work with us Quovus is a values‑driven organisation built on respect, teamwork, integrity, care and growth.
