This role is pivotal in coordinating transportation, maintaining precise records, and supporting warehouse operations to meet delivery performance targets. You'll be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with carriers, vendors, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the timely and accurate receipt of all inbound goods. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain shipping documents and update TMS portals. Generate picking slips, manifests, load plans, and invoices. Book timeslots for inbound shipments to optimise warehouse flow. Identify and improve office processes in line with JTE / CCI standards. Oversee transport-related invoices and pallet management. About You You're an experienced logistics professional with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and transportation systems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy solving problems collaboratively. You're confident using ERP systems and have a knack for optimising processes. 5+ years in logistics coordination or a similar role. ERP experience (preferably SAP). Qualifications Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Qualification in Supply Chain or Business Management. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency. Strong analytical skills and forecasting ability. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability. Understanding of transportation modes (road, rail, air, sea). Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
