Role: Customer Care Specialist (XapCare Partner) Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Yuggera peoples) Employment Type : Full‑time, 6mth contract Do you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service? Your Impact: As a customer care specialist, you will play a pivotal role in solving day‑to‑day challenges and empowering our centre teams to focus on what matters most – supporting children and families. You’ll be the first point of contact for internal childcare management enquiries, using your natural technology problem‑solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions.
