Tennant Consolidated Mining Group Pty Ltd (Tennant Mines) is a gold resources company with an extensive exploration portfolio, including the Tennant Creek Goldfield. We are seeking a Financial Accountant to join our West Perth based Head Office Finance Team to support the business growth. The Financial Accountant will report directly to our Financial Controller and will primarily provide financial accounting and transactional assistance for our Joint Venture. Primary Responsibilities Preparation of Joint Venture Cash Calls and Billing Statements. Preparation of monthly Joint Venture Reports. Managing Accounts Payable for Joint Ventures. Banking and bank reconciliations. Manage and monitor Credit applications. Supporting Joint Venture managers in preparation of budgets and tenement reporting. Additional Ad Hoc Duties as and when required Providing general assistance to the Financial Controller and wider finance team. Qualifications and Experience CPA or CA commenced or qualified with 2 years minimum experience. Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with Xero and Dynamics (preferred but not essential). Mining experience (preferred but not essential). Personal Attributes Strong commitment to safety and a continuous improvement culture. Strong planning and organisational skills contributing excellent time management and prioritisation of tasks. High degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal communication and client relationship skills. Ability to work in a self‑paced and self‑managed structure. Demonstrated collaborative attitude.
