Onsite Property/Building Manager

Sungrass Property Group – Surfers Paradise QLD What you'll be doing Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential property, including coordinating cleaning, repairs, and building concierge services Liaise with various stakeholders, address their queries and concerns, and ensure a high level of customer service Oversee the management of common areas, amenities, and shared facilities to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate records of the building's condition Manage vendor relationships and oversee the work of external contractors Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, processing invoices, and reporting on the property's performance The majority of the building is used as a hotel style of service apartments New employee hiring and training What we're looking for Proven experience in property or building management, preferably in the hotel sector Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and external stakeholders Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail Working knowledge of relevant property management regulations and legislation Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant IT systems A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work What we offer Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development Progressive development of awareness over corporate world Flexible work arrangements and a focus on work‑life balance Opportunities for career progression and leadership development About us Sungrass Property Group is a leading real estate and property management company with a strong presence in Brisbane, Melbourne and Gold Coast regions.
