They are seeking a Medical Manager who can lead from the front, shape strategy, and make a meaningful difference to patients’ lives. As the Medical Manager, you will be responsible for : Developing and delivering medical strategy across Australia Managing the rare disease medical OPEX budget Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and patient organisations Leading and overseeing PSPs and PFPs Reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotional materials Driving the planning and execution of symposia, speaker training, and advisory boards Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional ANZ teams The ideal candidate will bring : PhD (preferred) or degree in Pharmacy or Public Health or highly related degrees. Proven track record in a strategic medical affairs role (Medical Manager, Medical Advisor etc.); pre-launch experience Rare disease or neurology experience highly regarded Strong presentation and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities If you are passionate about driving strategy in a competitive market and want to be part of an important product launch, this is your chance.
