Practice Manager of Cosmetic Medical Clinic Clinic Manager / Front of House Lead – Sanctum Medical Aesthetics Hobart, Tasmania Sanctum Medical Aesthetics is a leading name in aesthetic medicine, known for combining medical expertise with a luxurious client experience, with 14 years in the business. We are seeking an organised, polished and people-focused Clinic Manager + Front of House Lead to oversee daily operations at our beautiful Hobart clinic. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment—balancing client service with the coordination and management that keeps a premium clinic running seamlessly. This role is both patient facing front of house, as well as management and back of house bookkeeping and clinic management. It requires someone who can balance both skill sets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients and managing the front-of-house experience with professionalism and warmth Overseeing the appointment book and clinician schedules to ensure smooth clinic flow Managing reception duties including client bookings, payments, invoicing and end-of-day reconciliations Handling medical administration and maintaining accurate patient records Managing payroll, bills and accounting tasks through Xero Liaising with other Sanctum clinic managers to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency Supporting the leadership team with reporting, inventory, and process improvement Upholding patient confidentiality and the high professional standards Sanctum is known for HR onboarding and recruiting You’ll bring: Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience with booking and accounting systems (Xero preferred) A polished presentation and a genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness and client care Previous experience in a medical, cosmetic, or wellness environment (highly regarded) Wanting to lead our team and ensure all staff wellbeing is managed Why join Sanctum?
