Overview Receptionist / Clinic Administrator — Chatswood & Hurstville | Casual About Us Medical Aesthetics 360° is a doctor-led cosmetic clinic, dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for a reliable and personable Receptionist / Clinic Administrator to join our growing team. About the Role As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an essential role in ensuring their experience is seamless and professional. This position is well-suited to someone who is organised, confident with client communication, and enjoys a varied role that combines reception, administration, and marketing support. Key Responsibilities Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries with professionalism and warmth Day-to-day administrative support, including appointment management and record keeping Assisting with clinic marketing activities, including social media updates and campaigns Guiding in-clinic clients through our treatment options and prices in a clear, professional manner Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic About You Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles (medical or beauty industry experience highly regarded) Confident and professional communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone Fluent in English ; proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a strong advantage Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Comfortable using social media and basic marketing tools A team player with a friendly and proactive attitude What We Offer Potential annual Bonus of 2-10K Supportive, professional, and welcoming work environment Opportunities to learn about the cosmetic and aesthetic industry Staff discounts on selected treatments and services Convenient clinic locations with easy transport access If you are professional, organised, and passionate about client service, we’d love to hear from you.
