Policy & Regulation Manager (Energy) Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) Are you ready to shape the future of energy policy and regulation in Australia? Join a team that's driving real progress in the clean energy transition while delivering essential services to communities across Victoria. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll guide regulatory and policy outcomes for a major gas network. You'll work closely with government bodies, regulators, and internal teams to ensure the business remains sustainable, compliant, and customer-focused in a rapidly evolving energy landscape. What you’ll do Policy Development & Advocacy: Lead the development of gas policy positions aligned with long-term strategy. Advocate with regulators and policymakers. Regulatory Strategy & Price Reviews: Shape regulatory strategies and lead engagement for price reviews. Guide cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality submissions. Regulatory Support & Compliance: Provide expert regulatory guidance to operational teams. What you’ll bring A degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field. Experience in complex policy development, ideally within energy markets or regulated industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead, influence and collaborate across diverse teams. Experience in price‑review processes for regulated utilities.
