Heart Foundation is seeking a dedicated Community Fundraising Coordinator to help us support Australians in living healthier, longer lives. In this vital role, you'll be the driving force behind our community fundraising efforts. You'll work closely with individuals, community groups, and workplaces; helping them meet and exceed their fundraising goals. Your focus will be on growing and nurturing supporter relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional donor experiences. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and one of our East Coast offices (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra). Your Key Responsibilities Cultivate relationships with new and existing community fundraisers across Australia. Drive income generation through the acquisition, retention, and growth of our supporter base. Deliver multi-channel communications including phone, email, SMS, video, and face-to-face. Manage accurate records and ensure compliance with all fundraising regulations. Contribute to fundraising campaign planning and execution. What You'll Bring Proven experience in a similar role e.g. relationship/account management and/or income generation. Previous experience in community or corporate fundraising will be highly regarded. Confident and friendly phone mannerisms, comfortable with initiating and receiving phone calls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable using CRM systems (Raiser's Edge/NXT preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. A genuine passion for helping supporters (donors and their communities) succeed. Why Join Us?
