Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience Prepare and serve drinks to high standards Take and accurately process orders for food and beverages Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and service stations Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure complete satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Adhere to all health and safety regulations Duties & Responsibilities:Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience Prepare and serve drinks to high standards Take and accurately process orders for food and beverages Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and service stations Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure complete satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Adhere to all health and safety regulations What we need from you:Current RSA Licence required, RCG desirable Flexibility – night, weekend and holiday availability Fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling Bar experience - bar and cocktail skills are desirable although not essential Experience – you’ll have experience working in a bar or food service environment or willing to learn Passionate - we want someone with a can do attitude, who loves our venue and isn't afraid of a change Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday for rotating morning, afternoon and evening shiftsRole includes Bars, Restaurants, Barista and eventsDon't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
