Floating Coordinator - Early Childhood Education and Care About the Role Are you a passionate and energetic early childhood professional looking for variety and impact? We’re looking for a Floating ECEC Coordinator to bring their enthusiasm, leadership, and creativity to our team In this exciting and dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in creating environments where children feel valued and inspired to learn through play. As a Floating Coordinator , you’ll provide vital support across our ECEC Services—covering areas such as education and care, staffing, financial management, and administration. You’ll step in to backfill Coordinator leave, mentor and guide teams, and help ensure our programs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate on upcoming projects that enhance service delivery and strengthen outcomes for children and families.
