About the role Arrotex is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the Dermatology portfolio strategy, manage full P&L responsibility, and drive brand growth through cross-functional leadership, market insights, and strong prescriber/pharmacy engagement. Role & Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and evolution of the Dermatology brand and portfolio strategy. Own full P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance delivery. Develop and execute annual and quarterly brand plans across the full branded marketing mix. Analyse customer insights, market data, trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations. Oversee end‑to‑end campaign development, including briefs, creative evaluation, and agency management. Build and maintain relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, Key Opinion Leaders, and external partners. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, and other internal teams. Develop and implement educational programs and engagement initiatives for healthcare professionals and pharmacies. Lead demand planning and forecasting for both new product launches and established portfolio products. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct reports. Skills & Experience Extensive experience in pharmaceutical brand and product management, ideally 5+ years at a Senior Brand Manager level. Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen, with proven ability to drive brand growth and portfolio performance. Deep understanding of the prescription medicines landscape, including PBS, therapeutic areas, and Dermatology (highly valued). Demonstrated success managing full P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and demand planning. Expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including creative, media, and research briefing. Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating effectively across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial units. Track record of managing high‑volume projects, new product development, and end‑to‑end product launches. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including prescribers, pharmacies, Key Opinion Leaders, and external partners. Working knowledge of Medicines Australia and TGA advertising codes, ensuring compliant and ethical marketing activity. People leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop direct reports.
