Job Title Senior Adviser, Service Points Location Gardens Point, QUT (Queensland University of Technology) Term Fixed-term, full-time basis for ten (10) months. Remuneration $109,157 to $118,193 (HEW6) inclusive of an annual salary range of $92,239 to $99,875 per annum, 17% superannuation and leave loading. Open to Current staff members of QUT with full-time work rights in Australia. Aboriginal Australian and Torres Strait Islander people who are not staff are also eligible and encouraged to apply. Role Summary Senior Adviser is a key member of the HiQ Services Team, working within Service Points and Contact Centre. The role involves coaching and motivating HiQ Advisers and Peer Concierges, managing complex enquiries, escalating issues, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. Responsibilities Coaching and motivating a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel service environment. Managing resources and workflow for efficient delivery and continuous improvement. Handling complex enquiries and escalating issues as required. Implementing process improvements to enhance service quality. Building effective relationships with staff, colleagues, and service partners across the university. Qualifications Completion of a degree and relevant experience, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience supervising a high‑performing team in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, multi‑channel service delivery environment. Experience in effectively managing resources and workflow. Strong communication skills and ability to resolve complex or sensitive customer service issues. Proven ability to build relationships with staff and service partners.
