As National Manager - Presales & Network Solutions, you’ll lead strategy, solution architecture, and go-to-market initiatives for enterprise networking, SDN, and network security. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll influence client strategy, drive business growth, and build a scalable, high-performing presales practice. You’ll guide complex presales engagements, mentor a talented team of solution consultants, and deliver innovative, repeatable solutions that set the standard across the business. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end presales engagements: discovery, solution design, RFP responses, and technical validation Create and articulate high-impact network solutions across LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, data centre, and network security Build and maintain scalable solution frameworks and reusable design templates Collaborate with sales on go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and commercial models Foster strong client relationships and guide solution roadmaps and technical consultation Lead, mentor, and grow a national team of presales and solution consultants, driving excellence and continuous improvement Who You Are Seasoned network and SDN expert with 8-10+ years’ experience and 3+ years in leadership Commercially savvy, able to link technology to business outcomes Experienced in GTM strategy, scalable solution frameworks, and influencing both technical and executive stakeholders Expert in LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, data centre networking, network security, and virtualization Certifications like CCNP, CCIE, NSE, or VCP-NV are a plus Why Join NRI Lead at a national level and shape strategy, growth, and client impact Work with cutting-edge networking technologies Build and scale a best-practice presales team Thrive in a collaborative, high-performance culture See the difference your expertise makes for top Australian organisations Take the next step with us.
