About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Webster Packer & Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated pharmacy team. This part-time role (3-4 days per week) is central to ensuring our patients receive their medications accurately, on time, and with the highest standard of care. You’ll also play a key role in helping us expand and streamline our Webster packing service to support the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities Accurately pack Webster packs / DAAs (Dose Administration Aids) Proactively increase the number of patients receiving Webster packs Efficiently manage DAA workload and meet daily/weekly deadlines Maintain the Webster packing dispensary, ensuring stock is organised and ready Liaise with pharmacists and the dispensary team for timely medication supply Support day-to-day dispensary operations and assist with deliveries Uphold high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer service Contribute to business growth through reliability, teamwork, and efficiency About You Previous Webster packing experience (Essential – full training provided) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities A positive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about healthcare and making a difference in the community What We Offer A supportive, professional, and friendly team environment Comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities The opportunity to make a real impact on patient health and wellbeing Join Us If you are looking for a rewarding role where your work directly supports patient care and community health, we’d love to hear from you.
