We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Minto Distribution Centre. You'll own day‑to‑day warehousing and lift performance across Safety, Quality, People, Service and Cost — building a values‑led culture and partnering closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and QA. Key accountabilities Champion proactive safety (walks, toolbox talks, early hazard ID) and ensure a secure, compliant site for workers, visitors and contractors. Keep the DC audit‑ready and aligned to corporate and statutory obligations. Partner with Supply Chain QA to meet / exceed GMP / HACCP and external / internal audits. Resolve quality issues promptly and drive prevention and continuous improvement. Lead efficient receiving, storage, picking and despatch with strong inventory control (cycle counts, accuracy, minimal damages). Ensure master data / stock settings support service levels and reduce obsolescence. Oversee transport performance and act as the escalation point to protect DIFOT and customer experience (day‑to‑day allocation handled via established processes / providers). Lead a multi‑shift workforce (rosters, training, performance, engagement). Partner with People & Culture and manage site recruitment, HR / ER matters and capability uplift; foster a positive, diverse, values‑based culture. Report monthly on site KPIs, cost and service; contribute to national Supply Chain reviews. Qualifications 10+years' experience in DC / warehouse leadership in FMCG / Logistics, managing multi‑shift teams. Results track‑record across inventory accuracy, service KPIs and cost control. Systems savvy (ERP / D365 and MS Office) with disciplined data / reporting habits. Proven project management capability.
