OPERATIONS MANAGER | VEU, SOLAR & BATTERY This brand are a highly regarded energy efficiency leader that have been at the top of the residential and commercial segment known for their multi-product ability for electrification in VEU, Air Con, Hot Water, Solar & Battery and other products in the abatement space. Listed as a key accredited certificate provider in the industry out of hundreds of other retailers gives them the ability to create their own STCs, VEECs and other certificates all in house. The role: This role is purely in Operations Management for post-sale coordination for VEU, Air Con, Solar, Battery, Hot Water and the brand have an existing team of x15 installers that you will coordinate with. Your main responsibilities are ensuring installations and projects are coordinated, liaising with trades, making sure paperwork and administrations is completed, customers are scheduled and that all boxes are ticked. Project coordinating installations Liaising current trades teams and scheduling them Organising clients for project coordination Assisting in stock and logistics for product Current existing trades team of x15 are in the field Making sure compliance and administration is followed for paperwork Communicating with the sales team to ensure orders are completed A mix of residential and commercial projects Sharing knowledge by staying on top of changes as well as regulations and requirements The benefits: Salary range $80,000 - $90,000 neg. on exp Joining a driven and passionate group of experts A brand listed as an accredited certificate provider Operational focussed role with support from admin A fully resourced company with CapEx to spend Longstanding genuine brand doing strong volume in the market The experience needed: The experience needed for this role requires you to have knowledge of VEU operations and coordinating installs and procurement post sale for completion. Experience in VEU, Solar or Battery Operations Experience dealing with Trades and Installers for scheduling Ability to steer daily processes and systems Knowledge of general industry practices expectations Ability to work to deadlinesand deliverables Understanding of post installation compliance administration Work from office role in the inner Melbourne West Apply for the job through this web page with your resume.
