Through government programs like the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU), Solar for Homes, and New South Wales Energy Saving Scheme (ESS), we offer energy-efficient products such as heat pumps and air conditioners. Your Responsibilities Educate customers on the advantages of switching from ducted gas heating to ducted electric air conditioning units and solar battery rebates. Build strong relationships with customers and address any concerns they may have. Guide customers through government rebate options to help them save on energy costs. What We’re Looking For Hardworking and Results-Driven : Candidates must be committed to achieving targets and willing to put in the hard work required. Being Able to Meet Our KPIs : Meeting KPIs is crucial; failure to consistently hit targets may lead to termination. Experience in Phone Sales : At least 3+ years of phone sales experience, ideally in renewable energy, solar, or energy efficiency sectors. Full-Time Position : 12-month contract with ongoing opportunities. Base Salary Package : $75k to $85k base salary package (based on experience), plus 12.0% superannuation. OTE Potential : Earn up to an additional $108,500 annually in uncapped commissions. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:15 am – 5:45 pm, with a 60-minute lunch break.
