About the Role As our 3PL Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate day‑to‑day tasks across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and general warehouse organisation. This is a hands‑on working role —you’ll lead by example while helping the team complete their tasks safely, accurately, and on time. Support daily warehouse operations across receiving, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch Provide day‑to‑day direction and support to warehouse team members Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Perform hands‑on warehousing duties as required Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock accuracy Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (LF required) Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment Liaise with Customer Service and Operations to resolve issues quickly Support continuous improvement initiatives and SOP adherence ✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment Previous Leading Hand / Team Leader experience or ready to step up into one Forklift licence (LF) Strong communication and teamwork skills A hands‑on, positive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance Stable full‑time role with a growing business Supportive team and leadership Career progression opportunities as we continue to scale On‑site parking and modern facilities Training and development provided Fast‑paced environment with variety each day A culture built on safety, respect, and teamwork Ready to take the next step in your warehousing career?
