As the Venue Manager for our Zone Bowling & Timezone Knox venue, you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day You will be supported by & also provide support to the dynamic & loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. What You’ll Be Doing Leading from the front as the ultimate role model for your team Driving business success with your sharp leadership and savvy decision-making Creating a guest experience so good, people will be counting down the days to come back Building meaningful relationships with those who book for an exciting birthday party/group & corporate event Managing the venue like a pro – from financials to fun, you’ve got it covered Inspiring your team to bring their A-game every day and celebrating wins together Who are you?
