We are a local Richmond favorite and need a high-energy leader to bring it all together. As Venue Manager, you will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of a multifaceted venue. We seek an individual with a proven track record in managing multi-paced venues, strong team leadership, and the ability to cultivate and nurture management teams. You will be passionate about delivering a premium customer experience and able to execute activations, build relationships with DJs & promoters, and develop your team. What’s On Offer Generous Salary $100,000 - $110,000 + Super Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A Opportunity to join Australia’s fastest-growing hospitality business with international opportunities Autonomous role with strong central and on-the-ground support Mobility opportunities: 200+ venues and growing Essential Requirements 2+ years of Venue Management experience Experience working in an Entertainment-focused venue Experience in hospitality, food knowledge Experience in a high-turnover customer service environment Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Good interpersonal and strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt Market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food & beverage in the area and industry Ability to implement and execute promotions throughout the business State-based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers Licence We value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
