Bring your customer service skills into a role that ensures a positive customer experience for our Pet Parents when they need it most,as Customer Growth Consultants.As a Customer Growth Consultant, you will join a fun and collaborative team of problem solvers who are enthusiastic about finding solutions to our customer’s troubles and strive to resolve every enquiry without the need for follow-up. We are passionate about creating a lasting impression on our customers and this role is pivotal in achieving that.What you’ll doYou will receive comprehensive paid training, starting with 4 weeks of classroom-based, highly-supported learning before moving on to buddying on calls before you graduate to taking your own calls.Your resilience and hard-working nature will ensure you can find solutions for customers using your exceptional negotiation skills to ensure our existing pet parents understand the value of retaining their pet insurance. You will:Answer all inbound calls and respond to all inbound emails to a high quality for customer retention (saves) and salesEducate, advocate and positively influence customers to make the best decision for their petsTake ownership of customer issues with a focus on a resolutionBe an excellent, clear communicatorDemonstrate a strong level of resilienceWork collaboratively with various teams at PetSureMake outbound calls to follow up on new policy enquiriesGather and share insights to help improve our products and servicesThis role will work to a rostered schedule, with shifts on a rolling basis starting between 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday. While on shifts starting at 8 or 9am, this role will be hybrid with office attendance in Chatswood 3 days during those weeks.
