As our Creative Producer, you'll be part of the team shaping how that authenticity shows up visually creating work that stands the test of time and not just the trend cycle. CREATIVE PRODUCER — SWEATS From our first drop to now shipping globally with distribution across AU, UK, EU, and the US we've built a movement around premium essentials and culture. Worn by creators, athletes, artists, and celebrities, we're scaling fast and levelling up every part of our creative. THE ROLE We're after a senior-level Creative Producer who lives and breathes storytelling, visual direction, and culture. You'll be leading end to end production across photo, video, and campaign, from concept and casting to onset direction and final delivery. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead creative production for campaigns, look books, and social content Build concepts that align with product drops, key moments, and community stories Oversee pre-production (locations, casting, crew) and on-set direction Manage editing, retouching, and content delivery across all platforms Collaborate with the founders, marketing, and design teams to bring the brand vision to life Maintain and evolve the creative identity — tone, pace, and aesthetic — across every touchpoint WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years experience in creative production, fashion, or branded content A portfolio that shows taste, direction, and execution across both still and motion Experience managing shoots, teams, and creative budgets Deep understanding of fashion culture, social trends, and emerging creative styles Strong communication and leadership — able to translate vision into action Based in or near Gold Coast / Brisbane (or willing to relocate / hybrid setup) WHY JOIN SWEATS?
