Automotive Service Advisor

Some of the functions of a Service Advisor include: Booking clients in for service or repairs Interfacing with the technicians to establish the extent of work required and our parts team Prepare pricing estimates of service repair orders Communicating with customers to explain the work involved, gain their approval to proceed and provide regular updates on the progress of their vehicles Dealing with Service Warranty Claims Working through paperwork to ensure we are complying with Manufacturer Procedures Working closely with the Service Manager and the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner Working through customer concerns Banking and some basic administration duties To be considered for this role, the following skills and attributes are required: Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership preferred Sound English communication skills - written and verbal Initiative and a hard working attitude The ability to work unsupervised Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation A friendly and approachable personality Ability to be part of a team We offer great benefits and rewards: Strong Commission Structure - uncapped Company uniforms Ongoing support & training (inhouse & Manufacturer Training) A supportive and encouraging work environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading service centre in West Sydney.
