Operations TSA Manager - Peoplebank A major organisation undergoing a significant merger is seeking an Operations TSA Manager to manage the delivery of 27 transitional IT and business services from multiple third‑party providers over an 18‑month period. This role is key to ensuring service levels, compliance, and business requirements are maintained throughout the transition while coordinating internal stakeholders, vendors, and the Integration Program. Key Details 18‑month contract with chance of extension Located Melbourne CBD Hybrid: 3 days in office (flexible) Attractive daily rates Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of services under the Transitional Services Agreements (TSA) Oversee IT services (End User Computing, Network/Telephony, Business Applications, Cyber Security) and business services (Payroll, Procurement, Operational Services) Coordinate with internal stakeholders, the Integration Program team, and multiple service providers Manage risks, compliance, budgets, and external vendors Navigate a complex and sensitive transition requiring exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills About You Proven experience managing outsourced IT service delivery and external vendors Experience in business integration programs (M&A transitions) Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills Preferable experience in Utilities, Industrial Services, Construction, or similar sectors Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field Apply Now For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Abi Morton at quoting reference  .
