About the role: Play a pivotal role in aligning people, plans, and performance across the business unit. You’ll lead initiatives that support Origin’s transition to net zero, focusing on business improvement, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Key Responsibilities Lead business improvement initiatives that support the Energy Transition Align business unit plans with organisational goals and monitor performance Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change communication Support planning, prioritisation, and capability development What will you bring? Proven track record in business improvement projects and stakeholder coordination Extensive experience in planning, change, or communications roles Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and confidentiality Energy sector experience and relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable) So, why join us? 20 weeks of paid leave for primary carers with flexible return options.
