What You’ll Do: Lead the Transition Management function which manages the onboarding of Optus Enterprise and Business customers. Ownership of the ServiceNow Transitions Project module and Knowledge articles. Develop and complete comprehensive transition strategy and execution plans that align with business goals. Supervise both local and international personnel to ensure seamless transitions for corporate products and services. Work with senior collaborators to address onboarding challenges and promote continuous improvement. Govern and report on transition performance, automation initiatives, and strategic alignment. Responsibility for maintaining ISO Accreditation required within Enterprise and Business Take on the role of a change instigator within Managed Service Operations, incorporating standard methodologies and promoting innovation. What You Bring: Must be an Australian Citizen with eligibility for Federal Government clearance. 5+ years of experience in Project and Transition Management, ideally within Managed Networks Service environments. Demonstrated capability to lead high-performing teams and navigate intricate, matrixed collaborator environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – confident engaging at all levels. Proficiency in ServiceNow and an extensive knowledge of service management frameworks.
