About the Opportunity Note: This is a 12‑month maternity leave cover position ending January 2026 As Team Leader, you will manage and mentor a high‑performing reception and administration team in our busy, innovative youth mental health service. You’ll ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, oversee reception as the first point of contact for young people and families, and provide essential support to staff and clinicians. This role combines leadership, administration management, and a commitment to creating a positive team culture. You’ll also handle finance, fleet, and facilities responsibilities, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the service. To be successful you will have: Appropriate qualification, for example Diploma of Business Administration, with minimum 5 years’ experience in administration. Experience in a health services environment is essential. Extensive knowledge of administration and reception processes, including accounts management, property management, asset management, ICT skills, vehicle fleet management and telecommunications options. Knowledge of Medicare billing processes is desirable. Ability to liaise with a range of health professionals, staff, young people and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, their families, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.
