We're partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS business that helps insurers and underwriting agencies modernise how they launch products, distribute to market, and manage claims. Their platform powers the full insurance value chain — and they're now looking for a high-calibre Delivery Manager to lead complex customer implementations and drive real commercial impact. This is a role for someone who loves ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to play a key role in a company's next growth chapter. The Opportunity As a Delivery Manager, you'll be the strategic owner of end-to-end customer delivery. Delivery governance You'll work closely with senior executives and insurance clients to ensure successful platform implementation, expansion, and adoption. What You'll Be Doing Lead full-cycle delivery of SaaS implementations across multiple customers Build trusting, strategic customer relationships Manage project scope, plans, risks, budgets, and timelines Provide leadership and guidance to delivery teams Shape proposals, estimates, SoWs and pre-sales activity Monitor delivery financials including invoicing and forecasting Support continuous improvement across the delivery practice Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, and consulting Travel to client sites across Australia / NZ when needed Exceptionally smart and structured thinker Highly disciplined operator (calm, organised, proactive) Strong commercial acumen — able to treat your customer like a business Deep reliability — early risk communication, consistent follow-through plus the essentials : Proven success delivering software projects (Agile + Waterfall) Experience leading cross-functional technical teams Experience within a software / SaaS environment High self-awareness, ownership, and bias for action Nice to have : Insurance industry knowledge Experience in small, scaling tech companies Why This Role?
