About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Delivery / Operations Manager to join the team in Sydney. This pivotal role involves overseeing helpdesk operations, driving continual service improvement, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services within contractual requirements. You will monitor organisational processes, introduce improvements, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and productivity. The Delivery / Operations Manager will manage a diverse team, mentor new and junior members, and contribute to long‑term planning and policy development. You will report to the Senior Leadership Team and collaborate closely with the COO and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems. The Successful Candidate Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to engage with users and team members of varying skillsets. Strong organisational abilities and experience coordinating remote or dispersed technical teams. Proven decision‑making and leadership capabilities, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems. High stress tolerance, adaptability, and the ability to negotiate, delegate, and foster teamwork. Experience managing teams across time zones, with outstanding time management and prioritisation skills. A proactive approach to mentoring, training, and supporting team members. Experience in managing budgets, resource allocation, and performance appraisals. Ability to build alliances and partnerships, and support effective communication between workers and management.
