What you can expect with this role Be supported every step of the way with experienced supervisors, mentors and your team Monitor/learn plant performance/processes and to problem solve faults Collect and analyse water samples Carry out inspections and data entry Learn Water Corporations Lock Out Tag Out practices for safe isolation and cleaning of assets Gain multiple tickets, such as Working at Heights, Confined Spaces training, Telehandler and Forklift Gain a nationally recognised certificate in Water Industry Operations, all course fees and books paid by Water Corporation About you You’ll be starting in a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility environment where your work directly contributes to delivering safe drinking water to Western Australians. We’re looking for someone who is safety‑conscious, mature, reliable, and eager to learn. Are you eligible? Live in the Perth Metro area and can travel to different sites WA C Class Driver’s Licence (based in Beenyup with travel in Water Corporation vehicle to Alkimos plant) Completion of year 10 (Year 11 or 12 completed desired) Willing to get Forklift & Telehandler tickets (arranged by Water Corporation once successful in application) A positive attitude and willingness to learn Safety‑first mindset Reliable and ready to roll up your sleeves (yes, sometimes it’s dirty work) Sound like a match?
